Terms of use

The site is free. Using it means you agree to these rules.

What the site does

Sellers list used car parts they have, buyers search for them and post requests. We only bring them together: we don't sell, deliver or check the parts and we are not a party to the deal. Price, payment and delivery are agreed between the buyer and the seller.

Your account

• You must be 16 or older to sign up.
• Give true contacts and keep your password to yourself: you answer for what is done from your account.
• You can delete the account at any time in My profile.

What you may post

• Only parts you have and may sell, with honest descriptions, condition and prices.
• Photos you took yourself or may use.
• Not allowed: stolen parts, things that are illegal to sell, spam, insults, and other people's personal data.

What you post stays yours; you let us show it on the site while it is there.

Moderation

Anyone can report a listing, a request or a message. We may hide or delete what breaks these rules and block the accounts that post it.

Data sources

• Vehicle compatibility, categories and example listings come from eBay. They are hints: check that a part fits your car with the seller.
• Photo recognition and the search assistant are automatic and can be wrong.
• Countries and cities: GeoNames, CC BY 4.0. Place by IP: IP Geolocation by DB-IP, CC BY 4.0.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it working and the data right, but we don't guarantee it and are not liable for deals between users or losses from using the site.

Changes

We may update these rules; the new version applies from the day it is posted here.
